The Association of Yukon School Councils, Boards and Committees (AYSCBC) is pleased to sponsor an evening presentation on Internet Safety and Digital Literacy for Parents and Caregivers on Friday, April 26th facilitated by Darren Laur of the White Hatter Team. From Victoria, B.C., the White Hatter Team has presented to over 450 schools and thousands of students across Canada and U.S.
There’s no registration involved nor is there a fee for admission. If individuals wish, however, to make a donation to the Whitehorse Food Bank, there will be a hamper at the door along with a jar for financial donations should individuals wish to contribute. Doors open at 6 pm at the Yukon Inn (Fireside Room) with the presentation taking place from 6:30–8:30 pm.
