A Few Reminders

​Dear St. Francis of Assisi students and families,
 
Forms, Fees and Information
We have sent home through the mail a package which includes important information and forms that will need to be signed and returned to the office. Fees will include both Religious Education and Student fees. Students enrolled in certain courses may have additional fees, such as $20 for consumable resources in mathematics; the teacher will contact you if there is a course fee. Please make any necessary changes or updates to the student verification form and return the documents to the office by October 11th. Packages received in the office by this date will be entered to win a $250 visa gift card!
 
City Bus Passes
The office staff here at St. Francis have been submitting new public transit forms to Student Transportation as students have been dropping them off in the office. At this time, we are waiting for an updated list and more passes to be delivered so that we can give them to the students who need them. When more passes arrive, we will let students know so that they can pick them up here in the office.
 
School Council
The School Council meeting will be held this evening in the Learning Commons. An earlier email stated that the start time will be 7:00 pm however, the meeting will begin at 6:30 pm.
