Cloud Services Permission Form

We are excited to be able cloud-based computer software and file storage services to all our students.  This will allow them to work on documents at school and at home more easily - no need to email files back and forth or worry about not having the proper software.  Student can even type and edit documents on their smartphone.

These services require student files to be stored on third-party servers and and full privacy assessment has been completed by the Yukon Department of Education.

In order for students to access the services, we require parent/guardian permission.  The form is linked below.  Only page 3 is required to be printed, signed, and returned so we can enable the account for each student.

This is an exciting development for our students and we are hoping to take full advantage of it in many classes!  If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact the school.
