 In solidarity with Yukon's Filipino community, Vanier Catholic Secondary is pleased to be screening Cold Paradise as a fundraiser for Typhoon Haiyan relief.
Cold Paradise offers a rare insight into the lives of temporary workers and immigrants from the Philippines as they settle in the Yukon, facing lifestyle and cultural challenges in a chilling enviroment. Thursday, November 21 at 7: 30 p.m. in the Small Gym at Vanier Catholic Secondary, 16 Duke Road (Riverdale). Admission is by donation. Comments are closed.
