St St. Francis Update Week of December 8th to December 12th Dear St. Francis of Assisi students and families, Prayer Heavenly Father, Heal my heart during this season of Advent. Help me to love more fully. To forgive more generously. To wait more patiently for Christmas, embracing each day and hour knowing the joy that awaits. In your name I pray, Amen. Advent Sunday, November 30th, was the first Sunday of Advent. Advent is a season of waiting and expectation for Christmas – the birth of Christ, the Nativity of Our Lord. We prepare our homes and hearts for four weeks before Christmas. Advent gives us time to prayerfully remember Jesus’ birth. Lost and Found There are items in the front office in our lost and found. If your child has misplaced something, perhaps we have it in the lost and found; please ask them to stop by the office to see if any of these items are theirs! (there are glasses, phones, airpods etc). School Spirit Student Government has planned 12 themed days of Christmas. Join in the fun! See week one themes here.
