Friday, May 30

Place: Vanier Catholic Secondary

9:00 a.m.       Robe up in Library – attendance is mandatory! Boys, please wear

                    shirt and tie.

9:30-10:00    Grad photo outside – attendance is mandatory!

11:00 a.m.    Mass and Grand March Rehearsal (small gym) – attendance is

                    mandatory!

6:30 p.m.      Arrive at Vanier – Grads go to library to robe-up.

7:00 p.m.      Mass begins (Small Gym)

8:30 p.m.      Tea and reception begins in Vanier Cafeteria

                    Return gown to library – no exceptions!

 

Saturday, May 31 Morning

Place: Yukon College gymnasium

9:00 a.m.      Arrive at Yukon College and go to Room T1083 to receive your cap, gown, and stole (there will be signs near the gym pointing to T1083)

10:00 a.m.    Cap & Gown Ceremony (Yukon College gym)

                    Return all gowns to T1083 – no exceptions!

Saturday, June 1 Evening

Place: Vanier

6:00 p.m.      Doors open for reception (VCS Large Gym)

                    Grads enter small gym for food at 5:00; Guests enter at 6:00

7:30 p.m.      Grand March

                    Toasts / Thanks

9:00 p.m.      Dance

10:00 p.m.    Dead Simple Concert

11:00 p.m.    Hypnotist show begins (small gym)

1:00 a.m.      Food served, gymnastics room, dancing, etc.

3:00 a.m.      Draw for main prizes

While no tickets are needed for the Reception and prom, all guests must be paid for through grad fees (first four).  Extra guests are $35.    Grads may sign up one guest to attend the after-grad activities.
