We were surprised to get a text message this afternoon from the Department of Education regarding SchoolMessenger. This text asked you to reply Y to confirm. Our school was unaware that they were enabling this service at this time. We would normally send out notification to let you know that it was coming and how it would affect you. Please review the attached document to determine if you want to opt in or not. On another note, if you opt out of email notifications through SchoolMessenger, you will not receive notifications such as reminders, newsletters, emergency information, classroom updates, etc from the school. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
