Week of November 10th to November 14th    
 
Dear St. Francis of Assisi students and families,
 
Prayer
Loving God,
as we look to that day when you will gather people
from north and south, east and west,
into the unity of your peaceable Kingdom,
guide with your just and gentle wisdom all who take counsel
for the nations of the world,
that all your people may spend their days in security, freedom, and peace,
through Jesus Christ, our Lord.

Student Led Conferences
Parents are invited, and encouraged, to attend Student Led Conferences today, Wednesday November 12th, from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm. We are not taking appointments; please come and meet the teachers and see what your students have been learning! Report Cards will be available when you arrive. Please stop by the front foyer to pick up the report card. See you later!  The next Student Led Conference is scheduled for Wednesday April 22nd, 2026.
 
December Exams
At our school, it has been common practice for some teachers to administer a part/section of their exam prior to Christmas break. For example, some teachers might dedicate some specific days during the month of December for students to work on major assignments that will be included in the exam’s final mark.
Students will be made aware of the dates of such major assignments that count towards their final exam mark. The purpose of this message is to let parents/caregivers know so that they can advise administration if their child will be away from school for an extended period in December.
